Moving to the area - looking to buy a 2 (poss 3 bed) place in Saffron Walden. Nothing much on the market at the moment. If you're thinking of selling in the new year - please get in touch now. I will consider anything from "a project" through to a newly built property. So long as I can move in quickly. I have sold my home and have money waiting in bank for a quick purchase.
